I contacted them via the chat on their website regarding a termite problem. They were incredibly knowledgeable. What's more important was that they used that knowledge to telll me what I don't need to buy! They could have sold me thousands, but they gave me practical solutions I can do myself that don't involve their products (or anyone else's). I will probably be making a small purchase for continuing monitoring, but my experience suggests that they won't sell you anything that isn't _really_ necessary for your issues. That level of trustworthiness is really important in a business.
