This company did an absolutely wonderful job of restoring our 1960s parquet flooring. They warned us that due to its age/lack of glue it may be better to have a new floor but we decided to restore. They worked tirelessly over 3 days and reglued almost every block. They sanded and varnished it and replaced the cork trim. The results are excellent and we are very grateful.
We used Luxury Wood Flooring to advise on and install our new herringbone wooden floor in the kitchen. Kin and the team were very helpful from the outset in presenting the different options and provided a good level of service throughout. The fitters they used were super hard wording and helpful and carried out the job efficiently and with minimum hassle. They worked throughout the bank holiday weekend to get the job done. Luxury Wood Flooring recently renovated the original antique pitch pine parquet flooring in our hallway and snug following some damage to some of the wood blocks. We were very impressed with the end result - it looks really lovely - and also the person who did the job, who was both polite and conscientious.

I ordered some engineered wood floor weeks ago for my house which was a delightful experience. Since then however I have been nothing but disappointed.
1. Firstly delivery arrived the day after they said it would with no warning, no call and no delivery slot. My house is a building site so no one was there. They left the wood leaning up against our skip which damaged the box and the wood inside.
2. Only one packet of 30 arrived. I called them and was told it has all been dispatched and the second lot would be coming the next day. It didn't arrive the next day or the next day.
3. I call them again and actually it turns out they didn't dispatch the order and it was still at the warehouse (so the previous person had just lied to me). It would be another three working days to get to us.
4. Floor due today. Doesn't arrive. I wait on hold for *one hour and 38 minutes*. I was told it would arrive by 630. My husband has to drop our kids at the grandparents as I'm at work, leg it over there. Sits in a cold house for an hour. Floor doesn't arrive.
5. I sit on hold for another 40 minutes, get to second in the queue. And get cut me off.
6. My husband leaves, floor is still not delivered.
7. Building works are still delayed and £2000 worth of flooring is still not delivered and I've received some of the worst customer experience I've ever had.
I would NOT recommend luxury flooring if you are looking for a reliable company to protect your goods and deliver on time. They've delayed our project and I still don't have a floor, have no idea when I will and have wasted over two hours on hold today. I also tried emailing them today when I got a note saying my floor would be delivered in November 2022. Obviously no reply.

Contact with the team was stress free and site visits were professional. The fitters were extremely friendly and treated our space carefully, they kept us fully informed of all the process and next steps, ensuring we were involved in all choices. Highly recommend!

We had a short-ish window between exchanging and completing on a new house and Kin and the team fitted it in. Comms were good and price seemed fair though I'm no expert. (I did get another 4 quotes). We moved in yesterday and the floors look great! I recommend the matt lacquer.

We recently had our floors laid by Luxury Wood Flooring and we received an outstanding standard of service. We were particularly impressed with the way they dealt with any problems that may have occurred and carried out the work with efficiency and total professionalism and completed the work in the specified time. I would highly recommend Luxury Wood Flooring for both products and service.
We are thrilled with the final results, and job that Luxury Wood Flooring did on our floors. The floor boards were very worn out and needed a lot of TLC and they did a great job making them look new again. Their advise on what lacquer to use was also spot on.
Very good experience with Kin, Ivan and the team - very professional, friendly people and very focused on the work. We had a strict deadline and they managed to finish before schedule! They did a great job, the floor looks amazing and would definitely work with them in the future.

Very pleased with the floors. Was disappointed, however, that the company would not accept the return of some underlay beyond the 14/28-day return period. We only discovered belatedly that the underlay was not needed after delays due to Covid19, and the customer services rep admitted to me that the company sells lots of underlay so could quickly shift it.
We are delighted with our new floors. All looks amazing!! All your guys are very professional and did an excellent job. The flooring works was completed in time, as initially advised and we've been kept informed by the progress of the works. Thank you once again for the exceptional flooring service.
Outstanding. Can't recommend them enough! Parquet flooring is an investment but these guys are worth every penny. Very prompt and professional, explained everything, gave us good advice on what we may want to consider and started and finished exactly as they said they would. Best contractors we have had.
The floor is amazing and we love it.
A few weeks after the installation, we had a small issue with one of the parquet slates which developed a small surface bump. They sent a person to fix it immediately after we e-mailed them. That person was efficient and left everything in an immaculate state. The slate in question looks perfect, as new.
