The proposed 2-Storey house is located at Catmon, Malolos, Bulacan, is a gift for their hardworking parents by our clients. The existing old house is to be demolished.

The proposed has a total floor area of 110 sqm, the client wanted to maximize the total floor area, and as their Architects it was a challenged to incorporate all the spaces required by the client for their house.

At the ground floor, open-planned Living – Dining – Kitchen, one Bedroom for the elders, and a common Toilet and Bath. We also provided a dirty/service kitchen for everyday use, and a pump/utilitiy/storage room. 2-Bedrooms have their own decent size walk-in closet including the Master Bedroom, Kid's Bedroom, and a Common T&B are all located at the second floor.
