A Victorian semi in Kent was designed and fully refurbished for letting as an HMO, aimed at young single professionals.  This was done on a limited budget, creating a five bedroom, 2 bathroom property with communal areas such as the kitchen diner.  The scheme is fairly neutral to appeal to both male and female tenants, with each bedroom having the same colour scheme.
