At first, it was an old white building with two sections and five stories. Before renovated, this building was an ordinary house. The owner would like to increase the value of the land by razing all old structure building and build an office for rent instead. This office can be divided into many companies. The plan was intensively designed so that the owner can divide the space to serve as many renters as possible. (space design to serve many companies) PEAKO represents in white modern design. Main material is concrete and the façade made of random size of EQUINTONE. It was started in 2016 and going to be done in 2017.
